STATEMENT ON ILLEGITIMATE USE OF EPAY’S NAME AND INFORMATION

  Recently, we received reports that an unscrupulous person built a fake website counterfeiting our company name (the pictures and words of the website are all counterfeited from our official website), and conducted fraud against our customers. The above-mentioned illegal act has seriously infringed on the legitimate rights and interests of Epay and caused an adverse social impact, and has been suspected of illegal crimes. Epay has reported the crimes related to this case to the local public security organs. Epay solemnly declares as follows regarding the illegal acts of lawbreakers:

     1. The only official website of Epay is: https://www.epay.com/; the mobile application is: Epay Wallet;

     2. Epay severely condemn any lawbreaker to build and operate such fake websites for fraud. Please be noted Epay shall not be responsible for the property loss involved in the scam that has not been verified by Epay;

      3. We warn and encourage the lawbreaker to stop illegal acts immediately that infringed the interests of the general public and the rights and interests of Epay, delete all illegal information posted under the guise of Epay or in the name of Epay on the entire network, return the fraud money to the victims in a timely manner, and voluntarily surrender and truthfully recount illegal acts to the public security organs;

      4. Please upgrade the attention, and prevent you from being cheated and suffering damages. If you detect fraud, please report it to the public security organs as soon as possible in order to recover the money and losses.
